About

CPT Robert M Cornicelli is a 100% service connected disabled retired Army Captain whose organization, VRC, helps Veterans, disabled and homeless Veterans and Veterans suffering from substance dependency and substance abuse find the resources and assistance required to transition back into the workforce and community.

Before starting VRC, CPT C served the last four, of his 13 years in the Army, with the Defense Intelligence Agency as the Executive Office to the Director of Operations (DO). The DO had 4,800 employees stationed throughout the world and CPT C was responsible for managing the executive office from which all command and control was conducted. CPT C had a Top Secret clearance and was entrusted with some of the most secretive and sensitive compartments in the Department of Defense. In November 2017, he was awarded the Defense Meritorious Service Medal for his outstanding service to the US Intelligence community. Regretfully, he was retired as a Captain in Dec of 2017. CPT C also served eight years in the US Navy and was honorably discharged as a Petty Officer 3rd Class in 1994. After a highly successful military career, serving in Operation Enduring Freedom and the Persian Gulf War, CPT C settled down in St James with his wife Cynthia and two small children.

Radio show -Two opposing views on global, national and/or local news moderated by a retired Army Officer. Moderated by an Army Officer, why?? According to a Gallup Poll, Americans last year still trusted the U.S. military more than any other public institution and have for over two decades. In first place by far last year was the military, with some 74% of respondents reporting that they had a “great deal” or “quite a lot” of confidence in our armed forces. In contrast, Congress, big business, public schools, newspapers, television news, the criminal justice system, news on the internet, and HMOs all scored below a 30% confidence rating.
